Hi Tea - Bubble/Boba Tea Cafe

Last time I went the boba was hard and the milk tea was really gross. Went today and it was really bland and the boba was was too soft. Like you cant even barley bite through it soft. Over all not good, very disappointed

Staff is friendly and skilled. A local business that is publicly inclusive is always worth supporting!

The first time I came here, it was great—the service was amazing. But the past couple of times, it’s been a flop. The quality has been going downhill, and while the workers are nice, they don’t seem to pay much attention to making good boba. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming here again—maybe sometime in the future—but there definitely needs to be a change in the workers’ experience or training.

The two girls working today were rude . No means for customers service.

Google says they close at 8:30 we walk in at 8:03 and they say it’s close. Fix your hours!!

My first visit to Hi / Tea. I ordered a Black Forest with popping boba. I was awesome! A lots of delicious drinks to choose from. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. My new boba go to.

I got a caramel macchiato boba tea and it was really bold and hardly any boba... when I asked why, they told me they were using a Starbucks blend. So after the employees knew I wasn't happy with it, they never offered to replace my boba drink with any other drink... so I guess I threw away money.

The service here is amazing. they are so friendly and social, and they let me replace my drink. Also they answer any questions the best they can! I will say its a bit expensive though

I went in with my family and although it was busy, the young ladies working were super friendly and made the atmosphere really inviting. I love this place.

My 16 year old SIL went shopping in the mall and bought a dress for her sweet 16. She was so excited and wanted to visit her favorite drink shop while there. She accidently left her dress in their shop and called immediately about it once realizing. They said it must had been picked up by someone else and there was nothing they could do about it. Her big brother called and asked for camera footage to see if we could try and track it down. They immediately said oh there's a dress in the back! This gives the impression that they weren't honest in the first phone call. Mistakes happen and this memorable sweet 16 was almost ruined. I'm glad they finally were honest when asking for footage but it shouldn't had needed to come to this.

Nice small shop. There is nothing special about Boba. This place just happens to be conveniently in the Promenade. Otherwise, you will have to travel out of the Promenade.
