Hi Tea - Bubble/Boba Tea Cafe

1 star because I used to come in here all the time with my friends and we would always thank the employees for having the LGBTQ pride flag up, because it showed us that it was a safe space for us, but I've come in more recently a couple times and the flag has been taken down. Me and my friends are confused and dissapointed by this recent development. The drinks are good but it's not the same cozy and safe space it was anymore, which is really important to our community.

Unfortunately I have waited over 30 minutes due to the fact they did not have boba in stock. It’s disappointing to come and be told there isn’t boba available. This is the second time it has happened to me. For a boba shop, they should prepare enough boba for the day. At this point, I think I need to call in beforehand to make sure they have boba before I come. They couldn’t refund me for drink as manager was not available so I just left really disappointed I spent $14 on two drinks and waited over 30 minutes for them to be done. No update on when boba will be done until I decided to cancel on boba myself. Between owning two locations, the better location of theirs is bubble & bean. However, I will keep looking for a better boba location within NWA

Last time I went the boba was hard and the milk tea was really gross. Went today and it was really bland and the boba was was too soft. Like you cant even barley bite through it soft. Over all not good, very disappointed

Staff is friendly and skilled. A local business that is publicly inclusive is always worth supporting!

The first time I came here, it was great—the service was amazing. But the past couple of times, it’s been a flop. The quality has been going downhill, and while the workers are nice, they don’t seem to pay much attention to making good boba. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming here again—maybe sometime in the future—but there definitely needs to be a change in the workers’ experience or training.

The two girls working today were rude . No means for customers service.

Google says they close at 8:30 we walk in at 8:03 and they say it’s close. Fix your hours!!

My first visit to Hi / Tea. I ordered a Black Forest with popping boba. I was awesome! A lots of delicious drinks to choose from. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. My new boba go to.

I got a caramel macchiato boba tea and it was really bold and hardly any boba... when I asked why, they told me they were using a Starbucks blend. So after the employees knew I wasn't happy with it, they never offered to replace my boba drink with any other drink... so I guess I threw away money.
