The food here was very good, and the staff friendly. Unfortunately, service was slow when we visited as they were short staffed and very busy. The breakfast burrito was amazing!

Very bad experience. Only I waitress and subtiute cook. The waitress did not keep track of who was there first and waited on 3 other tables before taking our order. Had patience. Our order was final taken but an hour later no food. We left. Went to Bella Vista and Cafe USA. Food delicious and service great. Jaclyns business needs some managing. Decorated very nice, clever and very clean.

A great atmosphere, very down to earth, such great service as well! She was very busy and we got great food in a timely manner! Met and hung out with her when we went to BBB this year! She’s a great person with an amazing personality!!!❤️
Every year my crew storms into Rogers, Arkansas with one sacred goal: eat omelets at Jaclyn’s Kitchen until our arteries start drafting a will.
Forget the rest of the menu. Waffles? Cute. Pancakes? Whatever. Fried okra? Yeah, fine. But the Philly steak and cheese omelet is the reason my pants cry at night. It’s got layers—like a Shakespearean tragedy but with more cheese and fewer ghosts. Every bite hits you with beefy bravado, molten dairy, and the quiet knowledge that you’re not leaving hungry or possibly conscious.
And then there’s Jackie herself, running the kitchen like a caffeinated Broadway star. She’s singing, she’s dancing, she’s flipping omelets like she’s auditioning for Food Network: The Musical. Meanwhile, the coffee is strong enough to power a small city and friendly enough to convince you it won’t.
Bottom line: if you’re near Rogers and you don’t stop by Jaclyn’s for an omelet, you’re basically choosing sadness served cold.

Delicious and hot food! The menu has many great options to choose from. The owner was yelling at the other staff a lot was my only concern but she was working very hard helping them all.

Great vibe. You can tell when people are living their calling and the folks at this place are in that element. The food was great. Open face plate was phenomenal and breakfast burrito as well. Would highly recommend this place

Jaclyn’s Kitchen food is wonderful! Pride is taken in food preparation, friendly staff, and cleanliness of establishment. A wonderful experience every time! There needs to be a lot more local businesses like this!!! Thank you Jaclyn!
The Rubin sandwich was actually ham not corned beef the sauerkraut was nothing but lettuce. Don't waste your $ by going here.

This is the second time we have come to this restaurant and both times they have closed early. The first time they closed they said they were slow and wouldn't let us in. This second time they said they ran out of food at noon. They are supposedly open until 2 pm. What a waste of time to bring my entire family out here for nothing.
That is the last time I go out of my way to try this place. I was hopeful it was going to be worth the second chance but I now see previous reviews for running out of food due to not planning properly.
Staff is amazing and the food was delicious! Definitely going back for the biscuits and gravy!!
Terrible atmosphere terrible service the staff is rude and loud! The place is cluttered and dirty and the food is too expensive for what they serve

Visiting from Texas! We’re staying in Beaver Creek and passed this spot on our way in. Together we had the pancakes, eggs, toast, bacon and hashbrowns. We were happy with the entire meal! The interior makes you feel like you’re at grandmas house. Very homey and cozy. My only suggestion would be to get some milk alternatives for coffee drinkers; oat milk or almond milk.

We went out of the way to go out to this place on a recommendation from a friend. It was a cute place. We sat down and ordered drinks and the waitress immediately came back and said they were out of tea. She was super sweet. So we changed our drink orders. When she came to take our orders, she rattled off a list of things they were out of: sweet potato fries, onion rings, pepper jack cheese, gravy, turkey, etc. Their menu is not huge to begin with, so that really limited the choices, so we all ordered burgers. We sat there for a bit, and she came back out and told us they were out of burgers. At that point, we just left. There was another waitress(?) serving people on the outdoor patio that kept rolling her eyes and huffing anytime anyone said anything. It was just not a great experience. Full disclosure: We came in at 1:50 PM not realizing they closed at 2:00. We did check with the waitress and she told us they were still seating and it was no problem. In fact, they seated several tables after us. I’m not sure what food they served them, but I hope they had better luck than we did. We definitely won’t waste our time or gas going out that way again. I truly hope our experience was the exception and not the norm.
