Great experience. Timing of each course wasn't rushed. Fun unique way to enjoy a meal. The entire staff were attentive but not over bearing. Wonderful place to celebrate a special 43rd Anniversary or any event.

This was a great experience. Service was attentive without being smothering and the food quality was excellent. We are long-time fans of The Melting Pot and are thrilled they have a location in NW Arkansas now!

Our experience at the melting pot was amazing. Audra was so helpful with making our food choices. Audra was always checking in on us to make sure we had everything we needed.

Kaylee was our server and did such a great job introducing the various options to us, as it was our first time there. It was such a great atmosphere and a unique experience. We loved it. Would definitely go again!

Miranda was amazing!! She explained everything as she made it at our table. She made some amazing recommendations and we truly enjoyed our meal and birthday celebration.

Quality and quantity was not worth the price. Long wait in between courses, wait staff seemed stretched thin, drink refills had to be requested, extra silverware had to be taken from another table, the entree part of the meal wasn't explained very well, I think the temperature was too high on our oil, food was burning, little to no sides with the meat. Overall for the price per person we should have had more service than was received. We arrived at 6pm and didn't leave until after 9pm.

The service at The Melting Pot was wonderful from start to finish. Our server was attentive, friendly, and made sure we understood each course, which we truly appreciated. That said, the value for the price was extremely disappointing. For three adults and one child (who barely eats), two iced teas, and one mojito, our bill was close to $300, with tip. We did not order anything extra—just one two-person course and one single-person course. Although we paid for both, we only received appetizer and dessert portions that aligned with the two-person course. The cheese fondue itself was absolutely delicious, but one pot was not enough for all of us. We still had plenty of dippables left and should have been provided at least an additional half pot for the third person. The salads were very good and probably one of the more satisfying parts of the meal. For the main entrée, we each selected the three-protein option, and there was plenty of protein. However, the vegetable portions were shockingly small—one mushroom, one piece of broccoli, and half of a mini potato per person. Because of this, the main course was not filling at all. For dessert, we did enjoy the chocolate fondue. They were kind enough to split the pot—half dark chocolate for the adults and half milk chocolate for our daughter and granddaughter—and that course was excellent. Overall, the experience was enjoyable because of the service and atmosphere, but the portion sizes—especially vegetables—and lack of balance between what we paid for versus what we received made the cost feel unreasonable. If you've never been to The Melting Pot, just be prepared for how expensive it is and understand that you may leave less full than expected for the price.

We were there almost 3 hours and saw other tables of the same size turning much quicker. Service was very slow. The cost was way too high given the amount of food, the fact that you're cooking your own main entre, and the quality was not super high. The kids enjoyed the experience but it wasn't worth the time or the money.

My wife and I are Melting Pot veterans, having gone to various Melting Pots all over the country over the last 15 years or so. If you're like us, one of the things you like most about Melting Pot is how it can be a nice quiet night for two with their restaurants typically having a quiet area for tables for two, sometimes called "Lover's Lane." This restaurant did have a "Lover's Lane" but I have to say it was one of the noisier spots we've experienced at a Melting Pot. I will say, it was New Year's Eve and the restaurant, also a brand new location, was packed so that certainly contributed to it. Still, it felt as though as this particular location didn't place as much emphasis on intimacy and noise level as they did on making it a very beautiful, and certainly modern restaurant. The location is fantastic, the parking is easy, and the building it is in is new and everything was perfectly clean and spotless. Still, if you are like us, and you're a couple looking for somewhere to have a nice quiet date night as NWA's first Melting Pot, you might think about coming on a slower night. Finally, while our server was the commensurate professional, we could definitely tell that it's a new location that is still working out some of the kinks. We absolutely plan to come back and experience it once they are in the typical Melting Pot groove and we absolutely had a fantastic time on our New Year's Eve date night thanks to the Rogers Melting Pot and we are so thrilled you are finally here in NWA!

They made a specialty drink for my sister's birthday. They were wonderfully kind and the food was great.

The service was unfortunately not very attentive. We had to ask multiple times for refills and for a serving spoon, and our server was unable to give clear information about cook times. Because of this, the entire experience felt unnecessarily long and drawn out.

I was engaged on NYE 19 years ago at a Melting Pot in CO. So I was excited when this location opened near us! I made reservations and asked for rose petals at the table, but had to change the date due to an unexpected change in schedule. Instead of having a nice private table with rose petals , we had a standard booth with surgical level LED lights that were glaring and way too bright. Zero ambiance. Zero champagne on the very below average wine list. Server said “oh yeah, happy anniversary” around the time our check came. I had to switch seats with my husband because his glasses were fogging up from the steam. So I guess no ventilation to handle the fondue pots. I let it all go so we could celebrate our anniversary. But it was really a huge letdown. I doubt we will return for our 20th, or any other occasion. You need: a better wine list, to pay attention to detail, dim (or dimmer) lights, ventilation, a better wine list (yes I said it twice). And don't offer rose petals and romantic tables if you're going to seat me under runway lights and next to tables with children. Big disappointment.

Food was pretty good. The evening was ruined by our waitress who clearly didn't want to be there. She was short with us, never engaged us in the experience and was actually confrontational. It absolutely ruined our Christmas Eve. The only present she is getting is me not telling you her name!
