Just keeps going downhill. It’s always something from “I’m new” to “we got a new system and the buttons are confusing”. Third or fourth time having an issue. Apparently the new process for to go orders placed in store is to guess when your food is done and pick up at the online order/doordash area without a name callout or anything. We've been waiting 41 minutes for our food, and still do not have our meal. When asking about it they are saying how busy they are. People are getting their meals before us that came after us.
Use to come here regularly. But it appears that, between cost-cutting measures with the food and personnel issues, service has really declined.
Excessive wait time just to place an order, then far longer to receive our food. Never before waited over 40+ minutes from placing order and sitting down (I added the “+” because we are stills waiting…
