2/21/25: This was my first time visiting P.F. Chang's after hearing about it for a long time, and I was excited to try it. The service was exceptional—our waitress, Skyler, was professional, attentive, and friendly. In my opinion, great service is the face of a restaurant, and she truly delivered.

As for the food, I wasn't much of a fan. The lo mein and honey chicken were both a bit dry, though the house salad was excellent. We were here celebrating our anniversary, and while the food didn’t quite meet my expectations, the experience was ultimately saved by Skyler’s outstanding professionalism. Thank you Skyler!!

Place is failing off. Service is good but the servings are extremely smaller, prices are higher, and taste is worse. Rather go to Pei wei or panda. Pf changs used to be soooo good

Great experience at this location, great wait staff, it’s been years since we’ve been to a PF Changs, this location holds their values true to what we remember our dining experience to be like!

Dietary restrictions: Gluten allergies were happily accommodating

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, had kid easy chopsticks!

I used to love this restaurant, but there is a new CEO who changed everything. I would get the orange chicken every time and loved it, but now it tastes like cleaning spray. At this point, I would rather go to Panda Express for better and much cheaper.

It seems all of the meat dishes are breaded to some extent these days. They have a new flavor, Teriyaki chicken and beef. My wife order the chicken variant. I tried it and would not order it, as she would not again either. I had the Kung Pao Beef (breaded) and would not order it again. All that being said, the fried rice is very good. The pork rib appetizer was ok, but not on my list of must have or must try. The spring rolls were very well prepared but average flavor wise.

I believe they have succumbed to the pressure of inflation, as many have, through recipe modification and price hikes.

I’m sticking to the local cuisine for Asian fare hence forth.

Two appetizers, two entrees, one desert.

I recently visited P.F. Chang’s with a group of friends, expecting a pleasant dining experience, but unfortunately, it was anything but. From the moment we arrived, the service was disappointing, with the biggest issue being the manager, Larissa. Her attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional, which left us questioning how such a reputable restaurant could employ someone so negative. The tone of voice she used was derogatory and completely inappropriate for a hospitality setting.

To make matters worse, the food was underwhelming—bland, poorly prepared, and simply not worth the price. Honestly, I’ve had much better meals at Panda Express, both in terms of flavor and quality.

The only bright spot of the evening was our two amazing waitresses, who were kind, funny, and truly made an effort to lift our spirits despite the otherwise terrible experience. Their service was the one redeeming quality of the night.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this location and definitely won’t be returning. Management needs serious improvement, and the food doesn’t justify the hassle.

My husband and I were in town on a date, which is rare because we both work so much. We did some shopping at a few other places and then had to figure out what restaurant smelled so good. We went in during lunch rush, but they weren't backed up despite being busy. Our server was friendly, attentive, and not annoying. The food was phenomenal. It's hard to get Asian food right. I had the crispy honey chicken on rice. Most places overcook it, but mine was perfect. Instead of being crunchy, it was actually crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and just enough honey to give it flavor but not be overwhelming. The egg drop soup was excellent as well. It had more than just eggs and water and was the perfect compliment to the rest of my meal. The restaurant was clean and inviting with a pleasant Asian theme to the decor. It was a little pricy but the lunch menu prices were a nice option.

I've always ordered the lettuce wraps as an appetizer. Ordered tonight and got a big surprise. They have changed the lettuce and the sauce. The lettuce don't taste much like lettuce and the sauce taste like suave shampoo. We asked our server if we could get us some other sauce which he did but the new stuff definitely downgrades the lettuce wraps.

It's not too bad, unless your not a fan of Wolf......or Huckabee for that matter, fast food with a not so secret elevator in the back, so the owner can do the punch and Judy show!

Vegetarian options: It's an old restaurant with lots of old character, im a fan of Mrs Wolf. This is where she sits court for all things NWA and Walmart.

Dietary restrictions: No need to eat when you can just drink your dinner!

Kid-friendliness: They love kids.........they make the best "chicken "

Wheelchair accessibility: They welcome wheelchairs and open checkbooks.
