Papa's & Potatoes is a food truck with great food each time. The asada baked potato and esquite were both fantastic. Staff was very friendly and did a great job taking the order. The loaded potatoes are a love like no other. It’s a top notch operation. There was a slight miscommunication when ordering over the phone, but they did everything to make it right. Food is absolutely delicious. The food is so good and the staff is nice and friendly. Every time they go they always try something different on the menu and have been surprised with how delicious everything is, it has not disappointed. The baked potato with carne asada and the espiropapa are especially good. The horchata is good here. They make homemade potato chips with either BBQ and cheese powder, or ketchup, mayonnaise and Hot sauce on the chips and the potato spirals. The potato spirals are huge and amazingly fresh. The Baked Potatoes are huge and hot with enough filling. The Elote Corn was fresh also. The kid and his mom who were running it were super friendly and super helpful. The salsa was beautifully creamy with a hint of spice. This food truck is it. Highly recommend it.
