This business is a great concept for giving new restaurant operators to prove their concept. We have dined twice so far with Templetons @Proof and had a great experience on both occasions. The food selection for dinner was well thought out and had something for all tastes in our party. The bar is operated by the building owners and is well stocked with a fine selection of wines, beers and cocktails. My understanding is that the restaurant operators will be in residence for six weeks and then they move to a permanent home either in another building location or food truck. Already looking forward to the next offering in residence.

We visited on Monday for dinner to check out this new concept coming to downtown Rogers in their own space in a few months. We started with the arancini for a starter. The outside was nice and crisp and the inside was soft and delicious, served with a red pepper sauce. I had the salmon, which may have been the best I ever had. Oddly, the skin was cooked at a very high temp, was delicious. My wife had the risotto and the flavor and texture was really good. We then had momma Templeton’s chocolate pie and bit was it good. We are looking forward to the restaurant opening. Downtown Roger’s has a LOT going on right now.

Wonderful dining experience @Silverbelly’s last evening! Highest quality steaks perfectly prepared and artfully presented. The sides , appetizers & cocktails are all top drawer. Gathering inspiration from Desert Southwest creates a blend of modern with traditional design for a welcoming atmosphere. Professional Knowledgeable staff for your upscale experience. Must go!
