We visited on Monday for dinner to check out this new concept coming to downtown Rogers in their own space in a few months. We started with the arancini for a starter. The outside was nice and crisp and the inside was soft and delicious, served with a red pepper sauce. I had the salmon, which may have been the best I ever had. Wonderful dining experience @Silverbelly’s last evening! Highest quality steaks perfectly prepared and artfully presented. The sides , appetizers & cocktails are all top drawer. Gathering inspiration from Desert Southwest creates a blend of modern with traditional design for a welcoming atmosphere. Professional Knowledgeable staff for your upscale experience. Must go!
