Loved it, huge variation of teas, great customer service. The only thing that I didn't like was sugar in teas that are in the try kettle. It was hard to understand the taste under the sugar, but you can smell all the teas so it's not a big issue

Absolutely amazing prices for tins of loose tea. Sample pack deals are the way to go so you can try what you like. Staff is always friendly. Moved a while back and found out they ship and you can order online! Absolutely a life saver as I will never love another tea more than dutchess gray and thought i'd have to have family ship it to me.Tldr, affordable tins, sample packs great flavors, can order online. 10/10 stars

My Kid is the person who bought me to this wonderful Tea shop ? the Earl grey cookies are delicious ? we got food and tea for both houses ? Now I will send tea and cookies to Colorado so my other kiddos can enjoy all the Great things too...they have a huge a variety of things to give as gifts.

Lindsay and Faith were incredibly knowledgeable about each tea and were happy to help me find the perfect blend for my taste preferences. They provided excellent customer service, answering all of my questions and offering me samples to try before making a purchase.
