Came in during the lunch rush today around 11:50. The lobby was busy, the drive through was non stop and the online orders just kept coming in. I’m kicking myself for not catching their names, but there were 3 women working the front counter. Clearly a very stressful environment. While waiting in line I noticed all 3 of them smiled at every customer, greeted every customer that walked in, made the sandwiches at an efficient and speedy manner and made time to plug all of Subways new menu items while doing it. I also couldn’t help but look around the place and wow… it’s muddy rain outside, a busy lobby and only 3 employees, yet the floors seemed spotless! The counters and tables were clean, the trash was nearly empty. Just wow. Nowadays, speed is such an important factor to the fast food industry and sometimes hospitality and manners can be pushed to the side. These employees handle it very well and I will definitely be returning.

Waited over 10 minutes for 6 inch steak and cheese. Bread was tough chewy, food did not taste fresh, and service was just slow. I ate one bite and it went in the trash. First time and last time ever going there. No Vet/military discounts here also.

Katina- is rude, makes fun of customers who have accent by mocking them in front of a room of customers.. she mocked a women with an accent multiple times by saying what she said “funny” . She did not want to be apart of the team she was rude and had an attitude the entire time of multiple orders placed in front of mine. Samuel was helpful and you could tell he had a problem within his work day due to Katina. Jasmine had a demnor that she was unhappy with with the situation but both Sam and jasmine ignored her remarks.

This is the slowest subway of all time . I am sitting in the drive through over 10 min. And there is literally no one in the restaurant . Every time I come to this location I wonder why I think it’s going to be any better .

i placed an order FOR PICKUP at 12:50 and it said it'd be ready at 1:10. i go to the store at exactly 1:10 and see 3 workers (one very obese man, one very very old lady, and one short man) and a small family of 4. it took literally OVER 30 minutes and the workers have completely ignored me when i nicely asked about my order. i didn't get my order until 1:45. this is so unbelievable. the store wasn't even busy.

i thought pickup was to make the order AHEAD OF TIME to avoid mishaps like this, but i guess not at this place. yall need to get faster workers that aren't incompetent ?‍♀️?‍♀️?‍♀️

your night crew people, (not Zach he’s amazing) are very very unprofessional/rude. And close the store before closing time. you have a business you don’t close or push customers out the door who showed up before closing time. I wasn’t even acknowledged by the workers. They acted as if I wasn’t even in there. complete and utterly disrespectful. do better.
