Takashimura Hibachi Rogers is a great place with delicious and affordable hibachi food. The classic hibachi menu is instantly hooked, with good quality and consistency. The food is amazing, including chicken and steak, fried rice and veggies, a Razorback roll, and crab Rangoon. The Bang Bang Shrimp is delicious, and the shrimp with noodles with veggies were so good. The steak/chicken combo with veggies and noodles was great. The service is friendly, fast, polite, and professional. It is a rare place where the quality makes one feel bad not tipping. It has been a go-to for years, though it is not Shogun quality but amazing for the cheaper price tag. One bad experience involved a rude and hostile white lady. The hours on Apple Maps are not correct and have not been corrected in months, causing frustration when showing up to a closed food truck.
