Amazing place for soup, sandwiches, and a spot of tea. They are only open for lunch and usually get busy but if you call a day ahead for a full Afternoon Tea it is an incredible experience. Love coming here.
We had lunch here at noon on a Monday. It wasn't too crowded. We brought a 5 year old boy and luckily he wasn't too rowdy because it's not really a place for kids. I had the beef stroganoff baked potato and orange roll. The potato was HUGE. It was plenty for me and then I shared half with my husband. I loved it. There was so much flavor in the meat. Food was good. Tea was good. They were short staffed so I had to check on my tea order. Even though it isn't set up for it currently, I think a lot would be added by taking orders at the table and offering a second brew on the tea. Ordering at the counter just detracts from the experience.
