We’re frequent visitors to Theo’s in Rogers and it never disappoints! The atmosphere is always warm and inviting, and the staff goes above and beyond to make each visit special. My experience at Theo’s on Friday night October 18th was horrible. I waited over 20mins and was never served but there was a White group that came in after us but was served first. I spoke with a manager who showed no empathy or customer service of a leader. We decided to leave as we felt disrespected.
