The best when your a member, if your not a member your out of luck. We have had great experiences when we paid for it, now not so much. My husband had one of the young staff laugh at him when he asked a question. Walk in and they will put you on a list and if you don’t respond to a text in 10 minutes they remove you from the waitlist- even if it is 2 hours prior to the time they told you. Great venue, food is great but staff is un responsive and unskilled in normal service interactions....read full review
We reserved a bay for 6 people to play.... + 3 kids (ages 5 and under) about 10 min in a
"manager" came up as said no more than 8 people in a bay.... & was making us get
ANOTHER bay because of the kids...
CLEARLY all other bays were PACKED with more than 10+ people. I address that to him but he didn't seem to care... I said I didn't make sense how we had to get another bay because of the kids & all other people around was FINE... at that point is seemed pretty racist...read full review
Had a reservation for a two hour slot, showed up seven minutes late and they booted us. We were told to go to our bay and there was already a family there playing. There were multiple available and they told us we could go back on the waiting list but that we couldn’t have one of them even though we reserved one for two hours.
