Waited 30 minutes in line just for my chiller to be watery. They didn’t make my drink flavors right. It’s flat out gross. Tried to call and it sends you to corporate and of course they won’t answer. Beyond disappointing

Concerned Person
Decided to try 7 Brew because of all the hype. I ordered 5 drinks and all were terrible. My kids didn’t drink their sodas and my cold brew tasted like watered down coffee. It was an awful experience and money wasted. The worst part was when the girl taking my order casually says “ok the iPads going to ask you a question”. 🙄 Seriously? I’m not tipping at all drive through.

I come here rarely and it’s always a bad experience. Today I came around 12:30 and I got skipped in line. I wasn’t the only one. There were two girls outside with the iPads and completely ignored any of the cars. Instead one of them with glasses (I asked and her name was Gracy I think?) was visibly mad about something and was sure expressin it to her little friend... She ignored our car for a good 5 minutes. I overheard some of the conversation and it involved profanity and I think she was talking smack about a customer or maybe a coworker but it’s unacceptable. This location has so much potential. What happened to handling things professionally and away from customers???!
Love 7brew! Drinks are always consistent in taste. Employees are always so friendly! Sweet and Salty is my go to drink! ☕️ 🥤

I went on August 11th. The young man who waited on me was amazing. I go maybe once a month. Most of the servers are good. But him,it was genuine. It was about 9:30 or so in the morning. He made my day. Just sorry I didn't get his name.

Love 7brew, it's centrally located in town, the service is fast, friendly and they always get it right, the Brunette is my go to! My friend loves the Blondie. Their Tea is delicious! Definitely stop by if ur in the mood.
