Robert Earl Keen's fine ballad "Barbeque" should be required listening as you arrive at Ridgewood Brothers.

Absolutely recommend! We had the spareribs, both types of house sausage, turkey, and pulled pork. For sides we had the mac and cheese, mixed greens, baked beans, and jalapeño and cheese grits. It was all amazing! No need for sauce, even though I tried it ( surprise it's great too ), and everything is seasoned to perfection.
