That pizza was absolutely delicious! Had the oil/spinach with fresh diced tomatoes and a root beer. My waitress was very polite and professional. I also purchased a gift certificate for my daughter in law. ( this is her favorite place)

We were at Brick Oven last evening arriving around 4:30. The service was excellent and the food was great but we waited almost 1 hour for our food. We were told it was a large order 3 sandwiches 1 kids pizza and an order of brick oven dip. Pretzels were out in around 25 minutes. Rest around 30 minutes later. We watched several large and small to go orders go out as well as people who came in behind us get their order.

Outstanding service and food from a place we have tried for the first time. Stacy took care of us and we certainly will return. One of the best pizza's we have eaten in years. We definitely recommend

About 3 weeks ago i stopped in for lunch...BBQ pizza was outstanding!!! The manager was friendly from the moment I walked in...Justin, I believe was his name. All the girls who served were friendly too as well as efficient and prompt. Service was quick. I can't say enough good about this restuarant and I recommend everyone go here for the best pizza and best restaurant experience. You could also tell the staff had such positive interaction with the manager...they enjoyed working there. Kudos to you Russellville Brick Oven! ❤️

I love brick oven pizza. However this visit wasn't the best. By the time I got home and ready to feed the kids all 3 pizzas were burnt like each pizza had a darkened black crust. It was not good and it tasted so dry. I have never had a bad pizza here before. I must say it's definitely making me rethink the dinner option. :(

The service is horrible, they double charged my credit card for one. They forgot half the order. The pizza is not that great. We found another place and the pizza is so much better so we won't be back.

I placed an online order for pick up today. Arrived at the store right at 12pm. I walked in and the place was busy. Rightfully so, the food is good. The service on the other hand… 😬
I walked to the counter to pay for my food. I waited well over 20 minutes before even being acknowledged. It was impossible to not be seen as I was standing on the other side of the computer they use to type in orders for the kitchen. They once called a manager up to use a “code” to change an order to a different server and I surely thought I would finally be helped. But again, I was ignored. I understand being busy and maybe extra long waits to have your order made but with all the time standing there I was able to see my order sitting on their shelf. Again, the food is great but the service is far from par.
