Colton's Steak House & Grill

went out of my way to try it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. the ribeye was nasty. waitress were nice. but will never recommend this place omg.

Did not feel welcome. Waitress kept rolling her eyes at me. And my steak had no flavor, mostly fat. On my steak. And my green beans were cold. This is the worst experience i've ever had at colton's. I think i'm just going to stick with the Colton's up in Roger's, Arkansas.

The waitress was very rude. She literally argued with us on what was in a drink order. Apparently I could get whiskey but not a whiskey with soda. So bizarre. When we asked about the buckets, she said it was for peanuts, so we asked for some. She never brought. We asked for plates with the apps, nope. We asked 3 times for water but it never came. We asked for 3 boxes, but she brought 1 and ignored our repeated requests. The food was ok. The chicken sandwich, fried pickles and shrimp were good but the rice was really gross, mashed potatoes cold, burger, fries and Philly steak was average. Overall, food was basic but the service was so bad it was shocking.

They’ve got the music cranked up so loud I could not make a fone call. My office is at my table sometimes. I don’t choose when customers call. I asked the lady mgr to turn it down. She said she did but it was so marginal I couldn’t tell a difference. I think she’s more interested in her “boss” position than trying to say yes to a request from a patron. How long does it have to stay on low volume ? Maybe 30 minutes and I’m gone. But no. Ruined my lunch because she’s stuck on “default no”.

We traveled on the 40 East and stopped off for dinner at Colton’s. It was great! Our waitress Savannah was so wonderful and made sure we were taken care of. The food was delicious and it was worth the stop!

Delicious food, ice cold beer,and a great atmosphere. However, it was a bit smoky.
