“sno cones are good, flavors are always great! prices aren't bad at all. The lady working the counter i believe her name was kristen was so rude. i stood there for 5 minutes before she even acknowledged me even after looking at me 4 times. then upon taking my order she says what do you want, that'll be (price), then gave me the sno cones and said nothing. no kind greeting, no give me just a moment, thank you and have a great day. nothing. I understand people having off days but as a customer service worker we always have to be on and cheerful for our customers.“
