I would’ve given five stars for the food… The burger was great, and so were the gluten-free pancakes! But it was the worst waitstaff service I have ever experienced. I was there for 50 minutes. I never saw my server the entire time. I had to track down even the hostess to get more napkins, water, and the rest of my meal.
2$ tip, And I’m normally a great tripper!
One of the female waitstaff needs some serious training and or firing.

After church I hop restaurant is a tradition. The size and portions of the food has decreased. When the price of living climes higher every day. The servers are there to help but they need to be more efficient. Food was not hot when arrived to my table. Not sure who is managing but 2-3 months ago they were running the restaurant with no flaws. You would look forward to coming to eat at a good place is wearing out!!!!!!

I have visited a number of IHOP’s in my travels. Usually get take-out. By far, this store earned top honors in my book. The store was clean and well-lit. I was immediately greeted with a friendly smile and helpful demeanor. My order was being bagged up when I arrived. While waiting, another server thought I had just come in and offered to help me - also with a friendly willingness to help. Yet another person brought my food out with a cheerful attitude. This kind of service was in stark contrast to other stores whose service often portrays an indifferent attitude, giving IHOP a bad wrap.
My food was still hot despite a walk across the street to my hotel. Only thing I have to ding them on was the fact I was missing the salsa that was supposed to come with my omelette. But that wouldn’t stop me from returning to this location again.

We had the best experience here! Food was great, restaurant looks great, but the service.... off the charts! 12/10! Bianca was our server, & she was fantastic! Very patient with my husband while he decided what he wanted. He is a disabled veteran & has just started a new diet for his kidney issues. So he needed more than a few extra minutes. Also, my drink was never empty! I have a swallowing disorder that requires plenty of liquid to get food down, so I usually run out. Not here. Bianca was fast! Then as we were leaving another veteran approached us, thanked my husband for his service, & gave him a challenge coin. We found out at the register that he is the husband of the manager/owner. I didn't catch their names, but she made sure my husband got a veteran's discount! Both were very nice! We felt so welcomed here. Thank you all, we will be back!

If you order curbside be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes. Order pickup time was 9:15, received our food about 10 minutes after that. They forgot a side of hashbrowns which took another 15 minutes to get. Food was cold by the time I got home which is 5 minutes down the road. For the price of their food, it’s crazy they can just leave stuff out. Definitely not worth the money.
