This was a convenient stop on our way home after a long trip. The staff was really great, and the room was comfortable. The kids especially liked the breakfast. The hotel is close to restaurants and Arkansas Tech University.

We enjoyed our stay here. The service was exceptional and our room was clean, the beds were comfortable and it was quiet. Breakfast was good too. Got to love those biscuits and gravy and cinnamon rolls. This is conveniently located too right off the highway. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a great hotel and the staff at the front desk are the best . Clean, Quiet and Great. Up here doing training and it is nice to come back to my room, hot outside nice and cold inside. Pool, laundry room and gym are great.

Stayed here the first time last month and being ATU Parents I'm sure we'll use them many times over the next few years. All the employees we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Check was easy and they had a cool drawing for Priority Club points. I got 500! We had a king suite, which was very spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The sofa and chair were not as comfortable as I would have liked. The room was spotless upon our arrival. Can't speak to the breakfast or pool area because we never used either. The only problem we encountered was the dead bolt on our door would not lock. We never noticed this until we came back into our room later that night. The other lock would lock so we just told the front desk about it in the morning. The hotel did email me to apologize and assure me it would be fixed.

Very modern and updated. At end of street of hotels. Nice deck to have coffee outside. Very clean. Let us check in early. Nice pool and fitness room. Ample parking. Modern walkin shower. Would recommend this hotel. Interesting, bigger than we expected city.

Very nice stay, quiet, clean, non smoking, front desk very nice. Only complaint is breakfast was old n gone by 8 a.m. on a Saturday morning. Many others were still coming in n there was nothing left. Hotel was surrounded by many other hotels. Felt very safe.

I stayed at this location back in 2019, and my travels brought me back to Russellville for business. I stayed at this location before so I knew I was getting a good value by staying at this HIE location. This is a newer HI Express property and it has a good setup, free breakfast, and indoor pool, fitness room, as well as laundry facilities. The rooms are very nice, good tv and internet speed. The staff is super friendly, The lady at the front desk was super helpful. There isn't a whole lot to do in Russellville but the area is very well lit and safe. Most likely will stay here again when I come to Russellville, Arkansas.

We came to Russellville to move our daughter in to her dorm and decided to get a room so that we wouldn’t be exhausted after driving three hours, spending all day moving her in and then having to drive back. I won’t stay at a place unless I read through hundreds of reviews. This place was a great home away from home! The room was very clean and comfortable beds and pillows and the hotel overall was clean as well. It is quiet and not too close to the interstate. It is close to the college and close to several eateries and shopping. I didn’t get the complimentary breakfast but my husband did and he thought it was pretty good. He was pleased there was a keurig in the room. I was also glad of the nice clean mini fridge! The staff was also awesome! Very friendly and attentive! We will be staying here again on visits to see our daughter! ?
