DELICIOUS. Fresh fried chicken was the best Popeyes I've had in years.
Same ole nasty food, staff is not that friendly. The facilities definitely need cleaning i was slipping from the moment I walked in the door tukl I walked outside

This location is a hit or miss. I ask for fresh fries and fresh cooked chicken. They gave me warm chicken 3 times before they eventually cooked some fresh chicken. The fries were the only thing hot. I lost my appetite after going back and forth with the workers. So sad.
Ordered two meals, took 30 minutes to receive my food, food was cold and everything.

I had placed an order online for pickup. However since we don’t have a Popeyes in our town I have to change the store often. Today I ordered from the wrong store. When I arrived to pick it up we soon discovered my error. You have the most courteous and helpful young man working at Russellville, Ar. He helped me cancel my order in the other town and get a refund, so I could do my order correctly. He was so polite and never acted as though I was anything but a valued customer. Great job Jeremiah. Pass this on to his boss.

We drove through and ordered a chicken sandwich combo, fish sandwich, 3 tenders and an 8 piece shrimp combo. Had to pull up and wait, which is fine.... usually means it'll be fresh. This was not the case. Food was all cold, even fries. We only received 1 and a half tenders and 5 pieces of shrimp, not 8. Both sandwiches and fries were cold.
