My wife and I stopped by tonight, on our way home from Lowell, AR.
I understand they were busy, but not once did we get any form of acknowledgement or we will be right with you. They focused on a guess drive thru orders and a call in order. We waited over 10mins and decided to leave. Found another place to eat dinner before traveling home to Cabot.
Will definitely not stop here again or recommend to anyone.

No spicy chicken ready,front desk rude, tables inside the restaurant dirty.

The restaurant failed to put fries and biscuit in my order. Then when contacted back because I was unable to come back and get them right then was told I had to come back within a week to get just fries and a biscuit or they wouldn’t honor.

When I order a 10 piece family meal I would like a variety of chicken. I just brought home a 10 piece family meal and I have three breast and the rest are wings!! Some chicken legs would be appreciated very much. The last two times I have ordered this I have been extremely disappointed. Not again will I order this “family meal”

Chicken sandwich is best anywhere got the ghost 👻 pepper, thick, real chicken, fills you up and can't go wrong with beans and rice.

Got half our food. Had to wait 15 min to get it right. Paid $40 for 2 adults and 1 child. Children's meal was a chicken strip the size of a McDonald's chicken nugget a little bottle of apple sauce. And a drink. No toy nothing. I have a 1 year old grandbaby that eats more than that and the kids meal was over $5

Mind blown by how bad the service is and how rude they are here.
I came by around 3:00-3:10 on 11/13.
I understand food service I used to work in food service for years. But to be so rude. I came here for my birthday because I don’t have much money and this is the one thing I could think I wanted to eat. It’s the one thing I really came to town for. And the whole time the lady rushed our order and was just rude. She asked if we wanted regular or spicy and we said the original. Not the spicy. She told us to pull up. We get a little ways away and I figured they just packaged the sandwich wrong but it was bad. Cold, old, and greasy you could tell it wasn’t fresh. And also it was a spicy. I called and I told them they had messed up my order and I told them my order number and she put me on the phone with the lady that took my order. She basically blamed me saying that we ordered that and it was correct. She said you can come change it just bring the sandwich and receipt but she was very rude the whole time. I pointed that out too. I asked if I had done something to upset her and then she acted clueless. I just told her never mind. At this point I didn’t want to go back. Just so so so rude. I won’t be back unfortunately.

Very happy with the service. Hot fresh apple pies they are the best pie in town. Busy and alot of confusion onSundays, but everyone there was working hard and polite thru it all.

Absolutely, the worst customer service from a freak girl at the drive thru around noon on Thurs, Oct 10th that I have ever experienced in my entire life.
It was truly surreal!!!!
She needs to quit or be fired.
I do not ever see me going back. She tore the bottom from the receipt so her info wasn't on it.
Aside from the Bad Seed employee, that ranks a minus 5 or lower, the food tasted as if it had been cooked the day before and reheated.
