We commonly dine at this RT frequently under normal circumstances. Since the COVID-19 lockdown however, we have tried to order take out 4 times with no success. They will never answer the phone. I am a "So "Connected" club member and get daily coupons, but can't use them. We don't want to use the online ordering because we can't even tell if they are open. Can't even call to complain. Frustrated!!!

Called in from Tampa Fl to order dinner for my parents in Russelleville and asked to have it delivered. Hannah (sp?) the hostess was awesome giving me the “how to” through very detailed instructions and significant patience. After placing my orders Hannah confirmed my orders and assured the delivery time. Less than an hour after my first call an excellent meal was delivered to my folks. My compliments to the entire staff and especially Hannah!!

Won't be returning. The waitress was pushy, forgetful and slow. We had to remind her more than once that we needed this or that. The food was ok. They were out of two different things we ordered and had to start over and reorder. And last the price we paid was ridiculous! Way to pricey for our service and food we received.

The Chef grilled the perfect steak. The food came out in a timely manner. Server earned deserved a tip.

We needed a quick, late bite on the road. Our choice of Ruby Tuesday was a mixed bag. Our server was super friendly and very helpful, she really was the highlight of the visit and is the reason we are giving a three star instead of two. Our dinner (both of us had chicken) was just okay, nothing special. The facility, however, had seen much better days - to start, there is an unusual odor that is very prominent when you walk inside. The interior definitely needs an update. Unfortunately, the inside was also very dirty - we observed the large open salad bar (right next to the front door) was particularly unkempt, it really was not a pretty site with food strewn about all over. We will probably not visit this restaurant again, I am sad to say.

The shrimp Fajitas looked great but no salsa or pick to spice it up. Sent it back and had salad bar which was outstanding. Our waiter was very nice and attentive.
Always love that Ruby Tuesday takes time for every patron. The staff is kind and friendly. Management cares and people love that. Great place to have a nice time and great meal!

Service was great, pretty sure prices were typical to Ruby Tuesdays. Could be as calorie conscious or not as you want to be there and not sacrifice enjoyment if you didnt want to.
