We commonly dine at this RT frequently under normal circumstances. Since the COVID-19 lockdown however, we have tried to order take out 4 times with no success. They will never answer the phone. I am a "So "Connected" club member and get daily coupons, but can't use them. We don't want to use the online ordering because we can't even tell if they are open. Can't even call to complain. Frustrated!!!
Called in from Tampa Fl to order dinner for my parents in Russelleville and asked to have it delivered. Hannah (sp?) the hostess was awesome giving me the “how to” through very detailed instructions and significant patience. After placing my orders Hannah confirmed my orders and assured the delivery time. Less than an hour after my first call an excellent meal was delivered to my folks. My compliments to the entire staff and especially Hannah!!
We needed a quick, late bite on the road. Our choice of Ruby Tuesday was a mixed bag. Our server was super friendly and very helpful, she really was the highlight of the visit and is the reason we are giving a three star instead of two. Our dinner (both of us had chicken) was just okay, nothing special. The facility, however, had seen much better days - to start, there is an unusual odor that is very prominent when you walk inside.
