Not impressive. I was seated in a single sided booth looking at the entry. It had an awkward feel, but I decided to just enjoy the food. The White Dragon had crunchy (not fully cooked) rice, and wasn't evenly cut so some pieces were so large I had to cut in half to eat. Average service at best.
It was a good experience and we had a large party. My father and I thought the man we paid at the end of the meal was a little curt. That's no fun at the end of a good meal to pay a man $250 and have him kind of act you are bothering him.
Very friendly, offered free small ice cream to go!!
