Husband got take out tonight and drove home, 20 minutes away. Failed to realize we didn’t get the 2 Apple turnovers we ordered or Arby’s sauce we asked for. Receipt also said curly fries but we got crinkle with both meals. Extremely disappointed, especially since today was my birthday. Didn’t want to go out to eat at a sit down restaurant so just wanted my favorite fast food.

I went last night to get a shake and I asked to get a large and the young man who was on the speaker said no, so I asked if I could get a medium and he said no again. So I asked if yall had run out, then said no again. Then he said a large shake and my total and that I could go to the next window. Then I got to the window and I asked if yall had tap to pay and he said “no go somewhere else” he then laughed, and extended the card reader to me. This was extremely inappropriate. Would not recommend

Very simple order, Double Beef and Cheddar with lettuce, tomato, and onion. All I get is a Double Beef and Cheedar. I can't feel sorry for yall making minimum wage when yall can't make a simple sandwich.

I have to say I don't really care about Arby's in the past but today I wanted a rub on so I went to Arby's in Searcy Arkansas and had one of the best Arby's worker her name Tori so if you get a chance go there she great.

While we were dining in eating. All the employees were being loud and cursing amongst each other. We had a 4 yr. Old with us and didn't need to hear that kind of language. We probably will not eat at that location anymore.
