Do not buy food from here for the time being. On 10/28/25 my wife went to get us supper. She ordered 3 of the bowls. 2... were ate and they had stomach issues after. The bowl for me had some serious issues and did NOT GET ATE. Upon inspection i noticed lettace was turning brown and on several peices it was darker that the rest. Unpon closer inspection i found WORMs on the lettuce.

The burritos were gross. Everything about the meat, veggies and rice were wet so by the time we got home about 5 minutes later the tortillas were soaked. The rice was barely cooked. The queso is watery as well and has a grainy texture with zero flavor. The chips were stale too. We will not be going back

If I could give them zero stars I would. It was the worst food I have ever eaten and the dirtiest environment I've ever seen. I read an article that Chipotle is in the top five dirtiest restaurants. The manager and some of the workers we're just standing around because they didn't have any customers but they were not working to clean up the big mess they had made. If you have time to lean you have time to clean. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

What a shame! Employees texting when EVERY single table was dirty. The door was gross. The handle was sticky. I wish I would have taken that into account when I made my decision to eat there. The queso must be premade cuz it’s so shiny. Chips were really stale. Crazy that chips are separate from dip. 50 bucks for 3 people. Crazy.

First time going to a Chipotle restaurant and I was Very Disappointed. Food was ok, except for the steak. It was tough to chew. Staff seemed distracted and in a hurry while we ordered. Dinning area was dirty. Trash can area was full with trays covering the holes to throw away your trash. While we were eating, we watched a customer stand there while an employee checked temps. She did not talk to the lady. It would have been courtesy to let the customer know she was almost finished and would take her order.
To me, it's just okay. However, this is my daughter's go to spot for her lemon pepper wings and banana pudding. Make sure you go to this location, according to her, all the locations are not equal. The one on Highland is the one they go to.

Can't reccomend this location at all. Staff clearly doesn't understand customer service, portions are insanely small compared to literally any other Chipotle on earth. Never again. It was essentially a 25$ appetizer trip.
