Food was good. Had to ask for straws and appetizers. Got two different cocktails, the second one was worse than the first. Great rolls!

Ordered a cookie skillet to go and tasted terrible. I know they make the cookies and put them in the cooler. I don't know if it's stored by other food or warmed up with other food but it was disgusting. I couldn't swallow it. Tasted like bacon. So gross. Wasted my 7$

Family like service
Ordered Chikin sammich to go...side baked sweet potatoe...I've cooked both of these items a bazillion times at home/river/etc... I've never cooked anything that was as close to deliciousness as what I had/ate tonight. Kudos Chef!! Chikin was freaking perfect!! Juicy/not dry...that's some serious talent on a "To Go" order!!

Stayed the night in Searcy for business. Colton's wasn't far from where we stayed. Arrived an hour before close.
My husband and I decided to share a dinner. Cesar salad was good. Rolls were hot and fresh. Tasted good with butter and honey. The steak came out as asked, medium rare. Had good flavor. I do like steak sauce. The Colton's sauce was similar to A1. The baked potato was small. The steamed broccoli was horrible. Pretty sure it was the last of what had been sitting in water all day. Horrible flavor. Mushy. Tap beer was cold. Service was great. Don't think I'd return.

Had good food and Spent close to $350.00 in 2 days But they shut it down before I could come Back to get my $50.00 Ball cap from the Bar and got locked out of the Building I had to go in the Back and yell just to get my property really bad move on the Bartender. Customer service is Everything as you strive for as a Colton member here I'm MLK's Grandson and felt disappointed on my Dineing experience tonight even the people in the kitchen knew who I was. I didn't cause a seen or embarrassed anyone but this situation was Very in conveount to my liking I understand well all have to get home but he should have said I'm shouting off the lights in like 5 minutes not sure I will be returning.

My friend and I eat at Colton's all the time and we have never had service as we did today. We came in, were seated, greeted, drinks ordered including a beer for my friend, bread delivered, app delivered, and entrees ordered. Then my friend ordered a double shot of vodka. Waited. Food delivered including a well done steak so that took the normal time. Vodka never delivered and was asked about again at food delivery. At this time my friend had only had 1 sip of his beer. Waitress said she did not put in the order but would do so now. Waited. My son and I were done with our food and my friend was still waiting on his vodka. When the waitress came around next, he asked again and she said, "to tell you the truth, you looked drunk when you came in that I didn't feel comfortable giving you the shot", then said she could lose her job if she did and that she talked to her manager about it and he agreed to not give the shot. She was apologetic while I was confused. My friend was being very gracious at that time and gave her a pass. Then we started discussing it at the table because we thought that was odd and nobody in our party saw any signs of drunkenness from him and wondered why the waitress nor the manager came and had a conversation with us about it rather than just ignoring the order.
It dawned on me later what she was talking about. She mentioned that he stumbled in his walk and slurred in his speech. 1. He has a leg that is shorter than the other and walks off balance naturally. 2. He dips. Had dip in his mouth when we first sat down and conversed with the waitress and all the way until we got the food. 3. He has a job that requires 24/7 on-call and it was a rough weekend with extra work hours and lack of good sleep that resulted in serious blood shot eyes.
I am sooooo disappointed in one of our favorite restaurants stereotyping him, ignoring him, and not conversing with him on their concerns before just making a decision. It was so unprofessional, not courteous, rude, and unwarranted.
I am angry that they created a very irate and annoyed ending to what we thought was a lovely dining experience. This was our first time eating at this location and will most certainly be our last time. We have never had this type of problem at any other Colton's location though.
