Last night my husband and I went to Coltens for a date night. Our server Felicia was PHENOMENAL. She always made sure we had everything when we needed it but didn’t stop by excessively. She was so kind and made our experience so great. She deserves recognition!!

imagine having a bar, and refusing to serve someone more than 2 mostly ICE alcohol drinks, until they order food. Whats the point of having a bar and serving liquor?

I took my son-in-law here for his birthday on September the 17th I notified the staff when we came in we had a birthday present there and asked them to come and say happy birthday they set us down and we waited 20 minutes before anybody even offered us a cold drink or a beverage of any time to start our meal and then it was departure who come over and took our order I ordered for myself my daughter and son-in-law and my husband ordered his own food we ordered two appetizers and sides with our meal when we got our dinners what I ordered for the side was wrong they gave him sirloin when he ordered a ribeye when the waitress went to fix everything and that I was changing the order at the table after the meals came which was not true I only ordered for myself my daughter and son-in-law my husband clearly ordered what he wanted and that was not what was brought to the table they brought it out blood rare he ordered medium rare we were rudely told what we can put it back on the grill for you which was finethe food that we got was cold because they brought her appetizers and made the food while our advertisers were still on the table and then didn't deliver the food until it was already cold we ask for the manager the gentleman that came over said he was the owner operator of this business and proceeded to tell me that I ordered for everybody and that I ordered wrong that was not the case the waitress lied I know exactly what I ordered and what I got was not what I ordered and then he proceeded to take half of one meal off the ticket which was fine but I wasn't asking for a refund my issue was when our meals were brought to US Cold nothing was done about that we had to end up taking everything home because my husband's steak didn't come till 30 minutes later and the waitress didn't even bring it the manager he brought it in to go container and we were not allowed to even finish our meal second time this has happened at the Searcy location we will not be back

My dad took Me and my family celebrate my sister birthday today, and the food was amazing like always, but I wanna write this review to the waiter girl, she was really nice and fun to talk to, her name was like allison, the name was probably spelled different, but she was amazing
