I have traveled all over the United States and consumed bbq food. Knight fire craft bbq is without a doubt the BEST top to bottom bbq I have ever had. I travel 11 hours from central Iowa to Searcy for work and this place makes every second of that 11 hour drive worth it. Shout out to the owner who’s a very friendly awesome guy.
After seeing countless post on fb I finally got a chance to taste what some call the best bbq in the state. It'll take a few visits to verify those statements.
