I have yet to try something I don’t like at KnightFire. The wings are tender and juicy yet crunchy. The ribs are delicious!!! The brisket sandwich? YUM! But I think my favorite might be the smoked bologna sandwich! It’s tender and melts in your mouth!!!
Been wanting to get up to Searcy for a while and today was the day. Definitely worth the drive from LR. Ribs were the highlight. Tender and just a hint of sweetness in the glaze. Brisket was good. Nice smoky flavor. Beans and potato salad were excellent. Pulled pork is tough to do because it tends to want to dry out but it was juicy. I have traveled all over the United States and consumed bbq food. Knight fire craft bbq is without a doubt the BEST top to bottom bbq I have ever had. I travel 11 hours from central Iowa to Searcy for work and this place makes every second of that 11 hour drive worth it. Shout out to the owner who’s a very friendly awesome guy.
