We ordered the chicken lasagna for a quick dinner. It was freshly made and oh so yummy!!!! It was a huge pan that fed 5 of us and an extra serving left for lunch!! Definitely recommend!!!

Stopped in Saturday just because it was the weekend and I didn't feel like cooking! Picked up Mexican chicken, green beans and some chicken salad. My husband and I made 2 meals out of it. It was all delicious! The chicken salad is scrumptious! I normally make my own, but it was great to have a different version!

It used to be good. Now, the prices are higher and they skimp on ingredients.Twice I've gotten the poppy seed chicken. It used to be fantastic. Now, it's mostly rice and crackers. I stopped going here. Well, a friend brought a casserole over for Christmas. Same thing. Crackers, rice, cream of something soup.Once can be a mistake, twice is carelessness, three times is deliberate. I just don't recommend.

Well, the owner, Cindy was there and that was an added treat! I don't get to see her as often as I used to, so it's always good to chat and catch up. Her food is delicious. I like everything I've ever purchased from her, but that chicken salad is so yummy! I treat it as more or less just a snack instead of a meal because I like eating it on crackers. She has some great recipes. I always go in and buy a variety of her dishes and I'm set for the week.

We are from Tennessee and stopped at The Mixing Bowl. The poppyseed chicken was awesome and my husband had the meatloaf which he loved. The side dishes were delicious as well. We will visit there again. Highly recommend!!!

I LOVE their hot plates! It is so, so good and reasonably priced. It definitely fills you up. Also, their heat n eat food is awesome when you're in a pinch. I have taken it to funerals and parties throughout years. Everyone always wants the recipe.... I send them to the Mixing Bowl. :)

This place is great too and go to if you are not wanting to cook and you want to run by there and get you something fast to eat that’s already cooked and fixed the girl cooks great she has excellent things to choose from including dessert salads whatever you want and she can make whatever you want her to make you’ll like this place
