Worst experience ever! Absolutely no way to contact the local store. We ordered through their national hotline. When our order was delivered it was not complete, we actually recieved an empty box!! And the parts of the order we did receive was cold at best.. We were unable to reach anyone locally, took over an hour to speak to customer service and all they would do was to send a reference ticket to upper management and we may or may not receive a phone call within 48 hours.
