I always buy my Grouper and other fish here. I tried their Cajun Sausage on my grill. It was seasoned perfectly. Most places will overpower you with cayenne pepper in their Cajun products. Not J&M. Take it from this New Orleans transplant, you must try the Cajun Sausage.
I drive from Jonesboro just to get their meat. There the best around & their prices are fair and well worth it. Their meat comes from some of the best stock yards in Chicago & goes thru vigorous inspections. You will not be disappointed.
