My drink was supposed to be frozen. It was not.
The people that work there are always very nice and friendly to me but I order the same coffee every time and it’s different every time it’s just infuriating.
I order using to mobile app in order to save time. If I get to the store and there’s a long line, I run in to the lobby and grab my coffee. The problem is that you never know when the lobby will be open. It is extremely frustrating. There needs to be a way to determine when using the app will do absolutely no good.
