The food was really good and hot . But the customer service was not there at all. She was not welcoming at all she huffed and puffed the whole time we were ordering . It was almost as if it were such an inconvenience to make our food . Terrible service today .

The order was promised to be ready at a set time and I patiently waited for almost thirty minutes extra to finally get my mobile order. The lady that was on duty took care of every walk-in customers before starting to prepare my two foot-longs already paid for. There was another guy there waiting on his mobile order before i walked in and the lady apologizeed for the wait but i spoke up and said that we\meaning me and the other guy should've just walked in to get waited on quicker. This is the second time that this has happened so next time I will do a mobile oder at the Love's subway which is a little further drive to see how it goes ar that particular subway location. i really appreciate the good fresh subs from Subway and nine times out of ten excellent service at any locations whether in the state of Arkansas or other states that I may be.

Had a terrible time at the subway across town on Beebe Capps. I came to the race street one to get what I needed. The young man working the closing shift on 2/6/24 needs a raise. He was in there by himself hustling to serve 8 people and had like 4 to go orders to make. He moved so fast and correctly that it didn’t take him long to get through all those orders and keep his line down. He was so fast and friendly. So sweet and even though we had to wait in line he maintained conversation with everyone while he proceeded to get all the orders correct. THIS KID NEEDS A RAISE!

Awful ?!! Service was very slow and bad! Only one other person in the place!! Took 20 minutes for me to get a 6inch Tuna. It was so skimpy!!! I won't go there again!!

It was horrible there was a boy about 5 or 6 behind the counter running around the the food cover open and food and knives exposed.. they were rude and the veggies were dried out and soggy... the ladies were talking vulgar and and trashy about a customer that had just walked out infront of my 4 yr old daughter.. I am livid.. not to mention I inconvenienced them so much they were rolling their eyes and huffing.. do better.. because you just lost a consistent customer.

I am giving a 4 ⭐ just because a foot long Sub Chips and med. Drink totaled $18.00. holy Cow, I have not eaten at Subway in a while. Wow! The sandwich was packed with meat and veggies. And very good. Staff was very nice.
