“Do you all have a corporate office? If so, what is the number. On August 7th I paid for a hot cheeto burrito and fries. It was literally cheetos and tortillas and the fries were not cooked all the way!! About a $22 dollar meal with taxes!!!! I mentioned it to staff to see if I could get a refund. I was told no, but I could come back and get another meal. Went back on the 9th, was off work on the 8th, to get my meal. they said I couldn't get it because the ticket was closed out. I should've came back the same day. Mine you, I bought a Zopi's Nacho to eat, so I spent about $45 dollars that day.“

“We eat here often and you are always greeted when you walk through the door. Ordering is done at the counter where you can see the ingredients and build your own meal. The employees are always nice, helpful and patient. The food prep area as well as the seating area are clean.

One of the best portions of chicken on the Fajitas for Two I’ve seen out of any Chuy’s, and we have been to a LOT of locations. Delicious as always. The chicken caldo or chicken soup amazing served with rice and corn tortillas delicious, the western omelette served with beans and rice was fresh and tasted delicious, pork tamales to die for. The pork in the tamales was so moist and served hot was all chef kisses. The best Mexican food in Jacksonville, Arkansas and believe me better than the brick and mortar restaurants…..Amazing and I hoped God blesses the owner’s 10/10 recommend.“
