I ordered two meals today and a strawberry creame cheese pie. Make sure you have all your items before leaving. I drove home to Jacksonville then realized the dessert and cocktail sauce (which we specifically requested) were missing. Oh and the chicken strips looked anorexic.

Let me save you a trip. DO NOT GO HERE! I've wasted my time for the last time at this old faithful popeyes. The line waits are too long, likely dut to the fact that the staff is out of control, undertrained, irresponsible, and can not listen to save their lives! I went through the drive through, it took 12 minutes, a pill I can swallow, but then was asked to pull up and wait on the second half of my only 2 large combos order. Okay fine. Then I waited and waited and waited. I finally parked went in and requested the rest of my meal. All but one staff member acted completely clueless. My remaining order wasn't even in process though 4 cars all had left the drive through after me. After explaining the only 2 items I was waiting for 3 times to the same staff woman I finally said I'll take just the sandwich if it's ready otherwise it's a refund for the order. The manager and elder lady god bless her but she was lost then stepped in to give me a refund. Finally after a full 30 minute wait they handed me the remaining order, which included a duplicate of the first part thus taking even longer to make. Absolute waste of time. DO NOT TRUST THIS POPEYES.

Haven’t been there for a while. It seems that they can’t seem to give me what we ordered. They have messed up more orders than they get right. Today we ordered a two piece signature combo and a three piece signature combo. Got home and both orders were two piece. I’m wondering what is going on in there as there are a lot of reviews saying the same thing about messed up orders.

I’m getting sick and tired of the Popeyes in Baton Rouge Louisiana not having their inside of the restaurant open for you to order and eat. Everywhere you go is drive-through only what the hell Popeyes this is ridiculous Covid‘s been over for awhile. Another thing is if you don’t want anybody walking in the restaurant lock the freaking doors then don’t let us walk in and then turn us around to say drive-through only.

This place is horrible! They don't listen and get your order wrong. Then when you bring it to their attention, they get a nasty attitude about it and try to make you wait a long time for them to fix it. I got fed up and asked for my money back. The location in Jacksonville is way better.

3 employees doing nothing, 1 employee taking orders, taking Payment, and delivering food. Going OUT OF BUSINESS SOON.
The last three times we have ordered, our orders have been mostly, or entirely wrong. Two orders of boneless wings turn into bone-in wings. If we did manage to get boneless, it was the wrong flavour. Sides missing, and if not missing, wrong size, and if none of that, chewy and ice cold fries. Missing dipping sauces, missing drinks. There is literally not one item they have managed to get right consistently. Absolutely absurd that the ticket can say one thing and they manage to put something completely different in the bag. I would say your experience is going to be a coin flip, but somehow they have managed to beat the statistical odds and get every order wrong. If you eat here, pick up ONLY and check your oder, do not do delivery. They do not care. A filled bag is a filled order to them, regardless of what is inside.

This is the worst popeyes. My shrimp was old and made us wait for "fresh shrimp" and it's dried out and not fresh. I ordered a 3 piece tender and they are more like nuggets! Awful awful place. This location needs to be shut down or revamp their employees. This location sucks ????????????????
