First time going. Niece turned 18 and wanted to go. Our party of 7 showed up tonight at 5pm we waited 15 mins for them to put a table together. Server Jasper was extremely unfriendly, asked us to pass the drinks down to each other instead of walking around the table. No customer service skills. Oh and only the person with a military ID could get 10% off just their meal, not the spouse and definitely not the total bill. No substituting salad for French fries. First time experience at this restaurant and Kim was our waitress. I would highly recommend her. She was excellent.
My husband and I had a late lunch/early dinner at Saltgrass in NLR/Sherwood yesterday, and honestly it’s probably the best steak I’ve had in AR, no exaggeration. The whole meal was excellent, really. (We got margaritas, the brisket queso app, and sirloin/shrimp combos.) We got there at 1630, and there was ZERO wait. Our server (his name was either Case or Chase, I can’t remember 🤦🏼♀️) was personable and attentive, and he made sure we had everything quickly....read full review
