The wait person was so rude. She actually was applying lip gloss as she took our order. Then she overcharged our card by $60. It took another person to correct it. Our order came out incomplete and incorrect. First and last time eating there. DO BETTER Saltgrass!

My friends recommended Saltgrass to me, it was everything I imagined and more. Ron, a Manger, stopped by my table to welcome me on my first visit. Kim was exceptional. She kept my drink full and recommended the Pecan bread pudding!!! Definitely have to try Saltgrass out!

We went here for dinner and at first we did not have a server for 15 minutes, had to talk to the hostesses to even get someone to serve us. We finally found a server, her name was Tina and she was training. She made the whole experience 10x's better and was very down to earth. Thank you Tina, and God Bless you!!

Had a TERRIBLE experience today. The manager was really nice when my steak was over cooked and replaced it kindly. At the end of my meal I was having complications with my card and he came out to discuss it with me and was extremely rude to me. He said “I guess you won’t pay for it then” “it’s life” and walked off without saying thank you, sorry, nothing and had a poor attitude. Laura was my server and was VERY sweet and kind to me. So if you see this Laura, thank you girl!

A little Pricey but worth it. Go ahead and buy the VIP membership. Pays for itself the first time you get it plus many times over after it. The steak and atmosphere is the best around for the mid to high priced local Little Rock steaks. My husband and I went to Saltgrass today for lunch. Appetizer, salad, and entree were delicious, but a refill would be nice instead of running out of the one glass of soda I had. This is a huge pet peeve, especially when the restaurant is nearly empty. Service at the other LR location has always been superb!
