Love Saltgrass in Sherwood, AR! Our server, Tina, is THE BEST! Anticipates our needs before being asked. Manager, Mike, is always so friendly. The other staff is so welcoming as well. Food is always delicious! Thanks y’all!!!
First time going. Niece turned 18 and wanted to go. Our party of 7 showed up tonight at 5pm we waited 15 mins for them to put a table together. Server Jasper was extremely unfriendly, asked us to pass the drinks down to each other instead of walking around the table. No customer service skills. Oh and only the person with a military ID could get 10% off just their meal, not the spouse and definitely not the total bill. No substituting salad for French fries. Very very disappointing...read full review
First time experience at this restaurant and Kim was our waitress. I would highly recommend her. She was excellent.
