This is the second time in recent months I have visited this location at 1550 Country Club Road, Sherwood AR, and the second time I have received totally rude treatment and missing product in my order. The tall, dark, older man who served us is ruining your business. If this is the kind of service I can expect, I will not return to this location as long as he is there. I used to enjoy this DQ, the food, the friendly service, but no longer. I’ll save my money or go elsewhere.
Strange objects found in our orange cream sickle shakes. This location is disgusting. Definitely won’t be back.
Needed a personalized birthday cake, so I placed the order online 3 days in advance (the website says at least 2 days in advance). When I arrived at my pickup time, they did not have the cake ready and I had to wait 30 minutes for them to do it. Then when I received it, not only was the color incorrect (I ordered light blue and they gave me dark royal blue), but the quality of work on it was quite pathetic.
