This time I used Ben's sliced brisket to make sandwiches for a party. I barely brushed the meat with his incredible sauce then piled brisked on a biroche roll and added a small amount of his slaw. I can't tell you how fast they disappeared. Also served his delicious sliced sausage - again, the great disappearing act. I ordered two pounds of both and it wasn't nearly enough. This is the best bbq in the state! Hands down.ive tried allot of bbq in my life. But none compare to the saucy pig! Im not one to usuly leave reveiws but if you get a chance to order some food from these folks i promise you won't be disapointed!

This place has become one of my family’s favorite spots in town. We’re grateful that Ben and the team decided to take a chance and open up in Sherwood! The Turkey is always phenomenal, the brisket is some of the best around and the service cannot be beat.
