Great authentic Mexican food
Great Taco Salad but everything I have eaten there has been good. Authentic Mexican food, love the street tacos. Highly recommend.

Taquería El Primo is a small, simple spot in Sherwood serving authentic Mexican food. The Campechanos tacos will change your life, and the Tortas are amazing. The quesabirrias are AMAZING, and the carne Asada platter is good, though getting the meat chopped is recommended. Meals like the quesadilla come with lettuce, tomato, avocado, and sour cream. The sauces are a highlight: the habanero salsa is perfect and darn hot, the avocado salsa is made of dreams, the salsa verde is so fresh, and the red sauce is amazing. The creamy green sauce is also a favorite. The food and service are on point, and the people are always so sweet. The space has always been small, but the decor is nice. Decent price for today's economy, though there is no pricing on the menu, so the cost is a surprise. A great spot for a quick lunch or breakfast on the weekends, and the best taco spot in central Arkansas.
