Today I spent 30+ minutes in the drive thru. I was 1 car from the order station when I pulled up. There was not a pulse to this line. It wasn't like waiting for fries or anything like that. Every single car took forever to order and get served. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo and that was a big mistake. The chicken patty looked as if it had been cooked twice. I took one bite and managed to choke it down, then threw the rest of the sandwich in the trash.

I have never had an accurate order. The drive thru person always hands the bag put, shuts the wondow, turns back and ignores even tapping on the window. I can't walk inside to beg for a correction due to fibromyalgia. I have given several chances, because they are humans and are allowed bad days, but am done now.
