NEWLY REOPENED!! Welcome back Zaxby’s! Say hi to the new awesome manager Ms Stephanie! Went thru the drive thru on their first day back- food was fresh, service was FAST, courteous and friendly! 5 stars! They still do free kids meals with adult meal purchase- dine in only- for those looking for the good deal. Enjoyed it- thank you!

I’m a local , I normally eat here 3 times a week . The last few times my fries were cold and hard . The chickens fingers were also cold . Didn’t open the plates until I made it home . I can say times have changed at Zaxby’s maybe new cooks or management but I won’t be going back .

It took 15 mins to go through the drive thru. The girl at the window was super sweet. The 3 stars for service is due to her being there. Otherwise, I would give them one or two stars for service due to length of time in drive thru. Tenders and fries were good but boneless wings were almost cold which is not good after waiting so long.

Pay attention to your receipt…the service was terrible and the chick that took our order was rude and we were charged for meals instead of just the entrees we ordered. Due to the timing of us going we weren’t in the mood to argue with anyone. So just know they are charging you for whatever they feel like.

Very disappointed. We ordered the wings and things and itn looked like a kid meal. The wings were barely covered. They are getting cheap and chintzy. Will not be back.

Unfortunately the wait time was 35min for food order in the drive-thru. Our order had to be corrected twice along with 2 other customers. Our order was given to another customer that had sort of the same order but because they had taken it opened it in their car and came back inside to return it, our orders had to be made over. Longest time I've had to wait for an order.

The worst experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant. We were not greeted, the lady stood in front of us and just waited for us to say something to her as if we worked there! We only ordered two meals, and waited for 45 minutes in the waiting area, while no one gave us any update on our order. There were a few people that came in because they were given the wrong order. The cooks were all walking outside to see how long the line was, instead of trying to get the customers served. It was a disaster! If I could give 0 stars, it would still be more than this location deserved.

The chicken here is always good and juicy without being greasy. The fries are seasoned well and the service is pretty good too. They can be a little stingy with their sauces( which is a shame as they are all good) but past that I know I'll be back lol.

Spent 30 minutes in drive thru still 2 cars back @1:40 and they ask car in front to wait a few minutes! My patience ran out! Dinner in and out local quick Senior Taquilla on 107 5 minutes.

I remember when zaxbys was on the same level as chick fil a. This restaurant is dirty and the manager act like she on drugs. Food getting more expensive but the value is going down. Then i had to ask for my order to be taken. Im gonna take my hard earned money elsewhere.

Went through drive thru and order was wrong. Then went inside and still didn't get order right. Food was fresh and employees were polite. I would check your entire order when you get it.

This franchise should be ashamed to even be in business!! 40 minutes in the drive thru before I called inside to let them know that the car in front of me had been just sitting there. I was pinned in so I could not leave and then they had the nerve to ask us to pull up after we ordered. NO!!

The staff is absolutely horrible. The food is horrible as well. I waited 45 minutes for my curbside food and still never got it brought out, when I went to the drive thru, they didn't even have it ready, they told me to park and come inside. When I got inside they magically found my order. They forgot my drink, food was cold and stale, and they need to change their grease or something. I'm very disappointed.

I must be insane. I continue to visit this location in spite of the incredibly poor service. To be honest, the food isn't bad. But the service and the attitude of the servers is atrocious. I won't boar you with The details of my other visits, but today I arrived a little before 1 PM. There was no one at all in the drive-through line. I placed my order and proceeded to the window. After arriving at the window and paying for my order, I was asked to move up to allow for my order to be prepared. I looked behind me, saw no other customers, and said "since there's no one behind me I'll wait here." The cashier then explained to me that if I didn't pull forward it would hurt their "drive time ". Once again I politely explained there's "no one behind me, I'll wait here." The cashier then left the window and another cashier, who I assume had more authority, asked me to do the same thing. Again, there was no one behind me there was no reason for me to pull forward. The server, Koryn, explained that my sitting there would hurt their drive times and they would get in trouble. I politely explained that that was not my problem. This was a problem caused by there inefficiency. She then slammed the drive-through window closed. I pulled forward, waited for my food, and filled out their online survey. By this time my food was cold. Granted, I could have eaten first but I was, quite frankly, pissed off. While sitting there filling out the survey, it dawned on me why all of these fast food places ask you to pull forward. It makes their production numbers look better. And they don't "get in trouble." Perhaps the managers should get in trouble. Now, before you go off on me, my first job, and many jobs thereafter, have been in the food service industry. I understand what a low-paying and thankless job it is. But sometimes "corporate" needs to see the real picture, not an artificial one created by the phrase "can you pull forward?"
