This location is pretty busy which means the food must be good. My experience with the staff has been pretty good. Well that is until tonight I experienced great frustration. I did my order through the app gave myself 20 minutes to wait in the drive thru line. The line was going at a decent speed until we get to the young lady in front of me. I sat there for over 15 minutes. I watched what looked like a phone being passed back & forth from the customer to the employee. ...
Ordered ahead from website at 214 pm. Website told me 230 was too early to pick up. So the next time was 245. I walk in at 245 and they just start my order.
305 is when I got my food. Drive thru had 6 people get food before me. One person sitting in the lobby. Never going here again. What's the point of ordering ahead..... every time I order food here there's an issue.
