I see why they closed down. You'd think they'd do better with the food, as in, we need to get this right this time. But no, all my food was overcooked and dried out- bread, fries, chicken fingers. The bathroom was in great need of attention - both toilet seats broken. To end on a positive note-they have the good ice.
It never fails for me to deal with an issue when buying some Zaxby’s! I tried to place an order on 7/14/24 & when arriving to the restaurant was told to “go through the app and request a refund” because the screens were down. Well I am still waiting on someone to contact me about my refund so, Zaxby’s can I have my $43.09 back please!!!???
