We ate brunch here just before leaving to go back home to Texas. There was no wait, the food was delivered quickly and was DELICIOUS and had good portions, and the atmosphere was lovely. Will definitely visit again next time we're in the area!

AM Eats & Tea Treats: A Must-Visit in Siloam Springs

AM Eats & Tea Treats is nothing short of spectacular. Everything on the menu is absolutely delicious, but the pancakes steal the show. They’re light, fluffy, and so perfect it’s almost suspicious—they have a secret ingredient I know, but if I told you, I’d have to kill you. You’ll just have to try them for yourself!

Their drip coffee is equally legendary—the best imaginable. Smooth, rich, and perfectly brewed, it’s the ultimate companion to any dish on the menu.

The service is top-notch, with a friendly and attentive staff that makes every visit feel like a treat. AM Eats & Tea Treats is the kind of place you’ll want to return to again and again. Five stars doesn’t feel like enough!

Wow! Your taste buds will thank you for frequenting AM. Eats! We are lovers of breakfast diners and this is possibly the best tasting breakfast food we have had. The Razorback omelette is like a flavor explosion in your mouth. So very good! The pancakes have such a unique and delightful flavor. Highly recommend. Service is great and atmosphere as well! Great little spot on Broadway in old town Siloam Springs! We will return again and again!

Passing through and found ourselves at this little breakfast place. Great atmosphere and food. Surprised to see Hmong sausage on the menu, and it’s 100% worth trying. Highly recommend. Only regret we have is not getting a boba tea!

Round 2! Unfortunately, I never posted Round 1. So, I am going to combine all the dishes my wife and I tried both times.

Round 1: I had the "Spice It" eggs Benedict, and OMG, the flavors, "Umami", was making me want more. My wife had the "Avocado Toast", and trying it made me rethink my dislike for Avocado toast. Was it the chili oil? Other seasoning, or the bread? Who knows but this is one toast slathered in Avocado I will eat gladly. Finished it off with "The OG" pancakes. Lemony, fluffy, and down right delicious.

Round 2: I had the "Chicken Huevos" , and the spices/flavor profile was on point. Being from Nuevo Mexico, I do miss my Hatch Green Chile, and fluffy flour tortillas, but over all it was delicious. The wife got the "Avocado Toast" again. Because, why not. We also tried the "Biscuits and Gravy" special. The wife stated they were the best she's ever had. Of course, we finished it off again with "The OG".

Safe to say a food coma will be coming soon. Great atmosphere and excellent service. This is our new favorite spot for breakfast. Whatever they're doing they need to keep doing it!

Came from MN to do some hunting in Arkansas... While having down time our group decided to check the sites and scenes in DT Siloam Spring and stumble on AM Eats. There was some kind of open street event going on but the people of AM Eats were still able to accommodate us. Service was great, food was delicious and very unique. Love the use of locally grown ingredients. Definitely different but it had the splash of what I know back home. Would definitely recommend and would got back when I'm down around that part again.

We loved everything about our meal here; the service, atmosphere, and most importantly the food. We got the “spice it up” chorizo eggs Benedict with potatoes, avocado toast with potatoes, fresh squeezed OJ, and coffee, an order of pancakes.

Benedict - My husband is HARD to please with food and he was very impressed, cleaned his plate. And kept commenting that he will order the same again.

Avocado toast - avo toast is so easy to mess up or make super boring. I was FLOORED by the flavors in that dish. Between the black sesame seeds, chili oil, and lime in the avocado ?????? just, yum.

The pancakes were the perfect ending to the meal, perfectly sweet, hint of lemon, and so fluffy.

Only critiques - we wished the fresh squeezed OJ had been cold, rather than room temp. Cold OJ just hits differently. And we didn’t love the drip coffee, it was shockingly bitter and lack luster.

Other than that, we cannot wait to return. Such a gem in Siloam Springs!

Great food. I’m very surprised. Omelets have real eggs and the rice bowl was just delicious. In general great ingredients. It’s so difficult finding good food in America with all the fake and fatty food but here was everything excellent . All the spices are on point. Coming back for more.

Stumbled on this place on our way from NWA to Tulsa. It was FANTASTIC. The food was so fresh and locally sourced. You can tell everything is prepped daily. Coffee was a high quality brew. Pricing was great. Costumer service was five stars. Highly recommend!

It was my first time here, such a cute place to get brunch with your friends or kiddos. For what we all got the price was definitely worth it. The food was delicious and waitress were super nice. Definitely will be going back.

Wonderful little breakfast cafe with a very creative menu ( plus traditional stuff). Spice-it Benedict was excellent, so were the biscuits and gravy with eggs. Great service too! Can't wait to come back!
