Too many kids work in their workers smoking marijuana in the bathroom and it wasn't very busy had to wait over 30 minutes just to get two meals I definitely will not stop back there play was having more fun in the back then working

Nothing wrong with this place but 0 stars if I could give to BK on general. With all the commercials they make, you'd think they have good food. But it's all flavorless. And I lost a bet because of the commercial did not play when I needed it to.

Two stars because it was clean. But that was all the good. The whopper is my favorite fast food sandwich. However, this Burger King failed me. Stale bun, no flavor cold burger with 5 employees standing, watching us pick at our food. Husband's order was a completely different sandwich than he ordered and also disgusting. Warning sign for us, noon on Saturday and the place was empty. Customer service left a little to be desired as well. Paid in cash but instead of handing back my change it was laid on the counter.

I was extremely happy with my visit. Aparently, there were some technical issues they were dealing with, and they gave me my food absolutely free to make up for the wait. I didn't think it was even an excessively long wait, but to them, it was. I was very pleased that they still wanted to make sure I got my food and left happy.

Usually pretty good. The staff is friendly and the food is what you expect from fast food. There are fairly regularly a couple items off on orders but they are corrected quickly

Got dinner for me and my boyfriend last night. The fries were cold, the bacon was practically raw and the burger tasted like they were a week old . $30 down the drain and no dinner

Asked for 2 plain royal crispy sandwiches. Understandable wait on chicken,but when we got them....they had tons of lettuce and mayo. My son said he would just scrape it off so he wouldn't have to wait longer for a remake while his burgers got colder.

Usually come here with no problems, but I did a mobile order after I got off of work tonight, only to be refused services because they close early… Didn’t know that.. then was told I needed to process my own refund with no other information given… I won’t be going back here again . The customer service was completely crap! And it’s usually not so, it really sucks when things like this happen.

Like a lot of folks, I use the drive thru quite a bit but recently, I went in and was glad I did. I was greeted and waited on by a young man named Adrian. Kids get a lot of flak about customer service skills but this guy has great service built in. He was genuine, friendly, made eye contact, smiled a lot and had pep in his step while working. The store is lucky to have him. You rule, Adrian and I hope they invest in you. I always go to this store for fast food because it tastes fresh and their fries are my favorite overall. My order is always right!

Food was cold. Asked for zesty sauce twice and got a bag full of ketchup. They asked me if I wanted my receipt. I said yes then they asked if I wanted to donate $99 dollars. $99 dollars to what? They never told me what I would be donating to. Then asked again if I wanted my receipt. This location gives me weird vibes. Last time I had been here they asked if I wanted my receipt and then said the machine was broken and tried to fix it. They then went to another cash register to print my receipt and came back and handed me my bag of food. They told me my receipt was in the bag. It wasn’t because I had watched them handle my bag from the time it left the kitchen until it got to me and they never put the receipt in the bag. There are a bunch of kids running this place and it shows.
