Went in tonight to eat with my family we order 2 separate orders and long story short they messed up in both orders 1st problem they asked how i wanted our burgers we explain to them no pickles with cheese and we received them with 6 pickles no cheese and then are 2nd order we never received it. Passed 18 mins still nothing people that went in and order after us all got there food we went up and asked told us we had our food already mind u we only had 2 meals for a party of 7 its quite impossible to all eat then told them and still got that order wrong. Manger was not helpful whatsoever told us there all new. But yet couldnt help them. Overall we were starving and mad because i mean why ask what i want if your going to give me whatever u want and why charge extra if your not going to put in on our order. Save your time and money go else where. P.s one couple that also came in gor there order wrong to and they had to remake it so way to waste money on food u had to throw away so many time.

I felt like I was ignored when I first got in there had to wait. We were the only customers inside at least four or five people working and I had to wait couple of people look straight at us and didn't even say anything to us and the sandwich I got the new barbecue brisket was really kind of lame I'm sorry I used to really love this place but for some reason they've gone downhill

I love their whoppers with cheese and their junior whoppers with cheese and their onion rings. Those are amazing. I wish they’d bring back the white cheddar things they had last year but oh well.

I spent $13 on a Bacon King meal and they only put 1 piece of bacon on it and the fries were literally DISGUSTING like they had been sitting there for an hour. The old man taking the orders didn’t even give me my change or receipt, which I didn’t mind at the time because the change wasn’t very much, but I will not be back. If I decide to eat out I’m definitely choosing Wendy’s which is less than half a mile away from BK.

Don’t eat breakfast at here!! Everything is just greasy ! Even the coke taste worse. She could barely hear and we barely understood what was said on the speaker. Ordered a double sausage croissant sandwich. Got the normal one. Ordered with mayonnaise and didn’t got mayonnaise at all. The French toast sticks taste absolutely disgusting. The oil they use taste so chemical that you can’t taste the French toast flavor at all. Even the drinks taste like mold and the machines haven’t been cleaned for a long time . Definitely worse than eating McDonald’s in the morning. Disappointing!
Business was steady, and they got my order right! Unlike McDonald's in town.

Today we ordered two double texas whoopers and french fries we paid $22.41, and as soon as we arrived home we realized one of the burgers had everything missing, just the cheese was inside. This is the second time something outreagous happened to us there. We decided not to return there and place a claim. This is the last time we go there. I dont recommend them to anyone.

Too many kids work in their workers smoking marijuana in the bathroom and it wasn't very busy had to wait over 30 minutes just to get two meals I definitely will not stop back there play was having more fun in the back then working
