Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I had never been to Freddy’s before and I will never go back again. I went to the one in Siloam Springs and they salted and pepper that burger so much that I couldn’t even eat it. My dogs wouldn’t even eat it and that was with all the fixings on it and everything so they’re custard or whatever or frozen whatever might be good but I can tell you for sure those fries are overrated their little bitty ones you have to eat about eight or 10 at a time to even get anything out of themand the burgers suck. I didn’t ask for a burger that was covered with sodium and pepper and I mean so covered I couldn’t even eat it.

Went yesterday for food, didn’t serve me because i quit. Discrimination at it’s finest.

Was super cold in the building. But great service and amazing people.

Great custards. Great Chicago dogs. And the burgers n fries are real good too.

This place is a joke stood at counter no one would take order employees sitting at table we walked out

I was greeted with the warmest smile ever. The lobby looked cleaner than my grandma’s kitchen, and the vibe was credulous and happy.

There was one really rude lady at the window that upset me and my mom. She got irritated with my mom cause my mom couldn't understand what the lady was asking over the intercom but other than her, everyone else is wonderful and nice. The food is always good too.

We went in for dessert. Food was delicious even if it wasn’t quite what I ordered on the create your own (only 2 add-ons to the ice cream). I’ll be back soon. Dining room was clean

15 minute wait for 2 ice cream orders through drive through only being the second car back..... to get melted ice cream. There's no way I'd hand out melted ice cream to a customer and be okay with that. And it's not the first time this has happened. Do better Freddy's!
