This place is a joke stood at counter no one would take order employees sitting at table we walked out

I was greeted with the warmest smile ever. The lobby looked cleaner than my grandma’s kitchen, and the vibe was credulous and happy.

There was one really rude lady at the window that upset me and my mom. She got irritated with my mom cause my mom couldn't understand what the lady was asking over the intercom but other than her, everyone else is wonderful and nice. The food is always good too.

We went in for dessert. Food was delicious even if it wasn’t quite what I ordered on the create your own (only 2 add-ons to the ice cream). I’ll be back soon. Dining room was clean

15 minute wait for 2 ice cream orders through drive through only being the second car back..... to get melted ice cream. There's no way I'd hand out melted ice cream to a customer and be okay with that. And it's not the first time this has happened. Do better Freddy's!

Great burgers

I made the mistake of eating at this establishment, after I ate here, not only did I get food poisoning, but the manager made a fake call to the police because I commented to an employee while waiting for my food that the people I had just met were really nice people....
You need to fire the manager as this business will be sued because of him... Just look at all the 1 star reviews lately... If you want to keep this business without going into debt you DEFINITELY need to get new management because the current management is literally running this place into the ground!

Fries were great, but the burger reminded me of the old commercial saying, "Where's the beef?" The patties were so thin that all you could taste was the condiments. It must be a corporate decision because a few months ago, at a different location, the burgers were just as poor as these.

delicious and the staff was super sweet. we were there right before closing, but they happily got us our fries and custard. kinley deserves a raise. she gave us our drinks for free and was so fun.
