Clean and chill on a Wednesday evening. Ordered one new toasted sub regular size and a regular size #11. The taste was perfect! However there was a noticeable difference in the size of the sandwiches. Because one was toasted it was skinnier and smaller. Still the taste was on point and we still had enough to eat but just a heads up. Coke zero was yummy, too!

So even though it's advertised on the website that there's a combo deal after 2 I didn't get the sale price and when asked was told it's because I didn't order through the app but came in person. If that's the case it needs to be made clear on the website. I wouldn't have gone here to pay more than twice what you pay at subway had I known not to mention subway has a deal similar and you know what...you can walk in and get it!! After eating about 3 bites I threw the rest away, it just didn't taste good.

I just want u to know that one of your driver almost hit me leaving my apartment complex earlier I really don't appreciate it that we have kids that live there and also people walking through there and the posted speed limit is only 10 miles an hour something needs to be done about this or I'm calling corporate

SLOW! SLOW! SLOW! I have visited this JJ twice now passing through this town. Both times we were greeted at lunchtime by a solo worker filling to go orders. We waited 25 minutes the first visit and 15 minutes the second visit and were never served. Thank you for the free smells, since that’s all we got.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is seriously the slowest JJ's ever. I've worked for JJ's so I know what it takes to work here. This store is always moving at a pace that makes you feel like an inconvenience to them. It's very frustrating. Even when you order WAY ahead it's not ready when you arrive. If I had other options I wouldn't come back and honestly probably won't anyway.

Placed an online delivery order at 11:05am on February 22nd. At 12:11pm I called the store to see where my order was at and was told it was next to go out for delivery. At 12:44pm the driver delivered the food to the front desk and said "sorry". Jimmy Johns "Freaky Fast"??? I think not. I will no longer order from this store. 99 minutes for delivery without any care about their own service is just unacceptable.
