Best margaritas are had at the bar for sure. Food is top notch. Barria tostada's or mole enchilada is way to go.
Awful food. Will not be back. Rice was either dried out from being old or it wasn't cooked enough and it smelled weird and was very bland. Taco salad shell was tough like it was old. Chicken burritos were bland and the tortillas were tough on those too.Only positive is white quest is good and salsa is pretty good.
Stop was very friendly and I appreciate that as customer service seems to be declining year over year but the food was not very good the cheese dip tasted like cheap TV dinner. Everything was running and didn’t have very good taste
Great! Affordable great flavor and toco's were crunchy, the rice was delicious! My husband said the beans had a good flavor! The Sunday lunch special was 2 taco's beef or chicken rice and beans for, $5.99
Awesome food, incredible prices and friendly staff. Kids eat free on Tuesdays so that makes it very affordable for our family.
dont recommend. as a former employee and baby daddy in the kitchen. this place is nasty the “ownerrs” are nasty. even threaten me with the cops. everything is pre made or pre packaged. and they for sure do not follow health inspection guide lines.
I am disappointed with the taste of the food, it was salty and the yellow queso was outrageously SALTY! Now the service was ok, she was has no customer service experience. Out respect we left her tip. We assume she must be new. The quality of the food is not the best specially the beef. We had fajitas and they had allot fat and again allot salt. My children had cheese quesadillas they said it was good. My mother had green enchiladas and she said they were ok. The only thing I can say I like was the rice. We know Mexican food and Tex mex and this is not even authentic Mexican! Mexican food doesn’t used canned tomatoes or tomatoes sauce ! We won’t be back!
Have been going to Carolinas for many years, since it was La Hacienda. Love love love this place, but I have noticed this year that the service has taken a nose dive. We just stopped for supper after a long day of work. A young man seated us, another young man brought us chips and salsa. 15 minutes later we still had no drink nor did anyone take our order. We finally left. Thanks for the free snack. Beto, please fix this or I may not be the only one walking out.

Food was good and the person at the front counter was friendly while cashing me out. I picked up food here for my family of 5 and the price was reasonable. I enjoyed my taco salad that I got and my kids liked the chicken quesadilla. ?. They have a cheesecake in a cup dessert that looked super good ima have to try it next time for sure!
We were driving back to Oklahoma and needed to find a place for lunch. Carolina's came up on Google Maps and had a 4+ rating, so we decided to stop. Our party consisted of 3 adults and 2 teenagers. We were promptly ushered to a table, and within 1 minute, we had chips and salsa delivered to the table. Within a few minutes later, our waitress came over and got our drink orders.I always request spicy salsa, and they promptly delivered it to the table. The spicy salsa is essential the standard salsa with maybe a little extra heat. I prefer very spicy, extremely hot to most, food and it was hard for me to taste the additional spice. The food itself was alright. The rice and seasoning on the Carne asada I ordered was bland. Although the Carne asada was bland it was a good and was easy to cut.The service was great but the food unfortunately was not bad yet nothing special to set them apart from other establishments. If I was to be honest, I would likely not return when passing through the area. If the food was a little better they would be a solid 4 for sure.
Great food at a great price. They even give you a discount when you pay with cash.Husband had chicken fajitas and I had flautas flacas.
This has always been my families favorite Mexican restaurant. For years we all used go here. The other day was my first time back in years since I'd moved out of town. The food was great but our waitress had one of the worst attitudes I've ever seen in food service. She rolled her eyes and sighed no less than 20 times. We were a massive party of like 30 and although that can be stressful there is no reason for her to have been such a j**** Between the eye rolls and her attitude several people from our party will not be back. Myself included. Not only that but they managed to forget my wifes food till half of our party had left over 1.5 hours after we had arrived and ordered. The food was delicious and even was brought out to us very quickly for how many people we had. It was our waitress who ruined it for most of us.
Probably the worst meal I've ever eaten. I got some fajitas. The meat was all unseasoned. Everything was just soggy and disappointing. My brother once tried to make brownies with old bacon grease instead of oil and those had more to be desired than this sad attempted at Mexican cuisine. We ordered online and instead of giving normal portions of chips like any other restaurant would do they just filled a Walmart bag to the brim with their unsalted chips. I had to portion these out into plastic bags for left overs and they filled 2 and a half gallon freezer bags. The salsa was the only part of the meal that was par for the course. Only due to the fact that every single restaurant style salsa is awful. It's all way to watery and there is no spice at all. Normally the salsa is the only thing I'm disappointed by when I get Mexican food but here it was the only thing that lived up to expectations. Don't get food here. These people have no idea what they are doing. The total after delivery was over $60 this is a huge upset when anyone could go to taco bell and get a $1 taco that has more flavor than their entire menu combined.
